When I try to do a full or partial refund to my customers in the Admin area nothing happens, I'm not even getting an error message.
I've also tried to VOID an order efter capturing all funds but I get the same response, the page re loads and nothing happens.
Is this on PAYPAL's side or ZenCarts?
I use ZenCart 1.3.9 Pay Pal express
