download works with english but not swedish

I have set my downloadable produkt with the attribute pdf and i can see the green dot beside my pdf-file in the attributes Controller.
I can put my product in the shoppingcart and pay for it with creditcard in both swedish and english mode.
I return to my zencart from paypal after payment is done without problem and getting the downloadbutton in both language as i should.
When pressing the downloadbutton in english mode the download starts and i get the file with no problems.
When pressing the downloadbutton in swedish mode i get "internal server error 500".

So i understand this to be a language problem but i cant figure this out by my self... i need your input and help!

Don't stress - it's Xmas!

You may want to do a file comparison of your English and Swedish language files - use a tool like WinMerge

I can see that they dont look the same... but i dont understand why or if this has anything to do with my problem...
Can someone in here explain to me what the above means and if this download.php has anything to do with my problem.
