Sync Attributes with Checkout --> 'Checkout' ignores Attributes

I thought I'm smart when finally succeeded inserting Sizes to the rings I sell.

but then came the 'boom'

1 - One cannot order different quantity for each ring size. Only one quantity box for all sizes.
(I used 'checkbox' for my attributes)

2 - checkout doesn't count at all the selected items. only mentions that one selected different sizes...with no quantity

example: I checked: size #7 and size #8; Qty:1;
--> checkout: Ring Qty: 1
size #7
size #8

HELP.. I'm 3 days on this already

That actually works for the administration part, I can put different quantities for each size.

but the costumer still can't select quantity for each size.

MTS: I can manage it from admin - not automatically sync with costumers
