Emergency - After click checkout i see a blank screen

I am using 1.3.9h. Not sure whats going on. I was wondering why people were checking out and then i added something to my cart and thats what I saw.

Look in the /cache directory and see what the debug logs say ...

I checked the cache and nothing is appearing. I've used it before so I dont know why nothing is appearing now.

Are we supposed to have the exact same files in our ftp that are in 1.3.9h if we updated. Can I just re-upload 1.3.9h?

It depends on what customizations you made to your files ... if you made no customizations then the files are all the same as what comes with the Zen Cart code ... if you made changes, then the code is not the same and has to be merged ...

When checking for the debug logs, be sure to refresh your /cache directory in your FTP program ... note: make sure the directory is writable so that the debug logs can be saved ...

I've created a local folder that includes the configure.php that link suggested since my debug files aren't appearing. any ideas why the cache isnt working?

I didnt see any error on the website page after uploading the configure.php file.
