What is the info that I input into the ftp manager in order to be able to upload files? Its asking for domain name, user name, password.

Domain name would be your site's address (yoursite.com).

User name and password are usually the same ones you use to log in to your site's control panel.

The 'host' field is your site's address.

Your "Host Address" is your domain name, provided it is pointed to the server your site is hosted on.

Your FTP User Name is the User Name your hosting company gave you.

Your FTP Password is also usually the hosting password your hosting company gave you.

You don't have to worry about the Port Number, because by default your FTP programme should use Port 21.

If your host provides you with cPanel to manage your hosting you should find all the settings you need (addresses, user name, password etc.) in cPanel.
