Default Admin login page not working

    Hello

I need to perform a migration of a Zen Cart 1.3.0.2, and have followed the steps according to the migration guide (http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...Switch_Servers). Even before I move over the sites content from the old host, and try logging into the site from the admin page it will not accept the username, and password I setup during the install, and the formatting of the page is weird. I went ahead and the completed the migration, and the sites content is moved over and displaying correctly, along with the database, but still not able to login to the admin section of the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Additionally i have modified the host file on the server, and my computer so resolving the site points to the new location.

    Server 2003 SP2
    IIS6
    PHP 5.2.5
    MySQL 4.1.20
    Zen Cart 1.3.0.2

    Thank You,

    Allen

Being unable to login to your admin folder is one of the signs of having been hacked. Look at your database using phpMyAdmin, look in the 'admin' table and see what User Name is given as the admin login name. If it's not your 'admin' login name then you've been hacked.

Thank you for your reply, but the admin username is what i have setup previously, and I don't think they could have hacked it, as i did the install and tried logging in within 30 min.

Once you migrate the DB, the admin settings used when installing are over written with those from the old install DB
    Try using those credentials

You may need to check that the cache directory stored in the database is valid...I suspect it is pointing to your old host.

Go into phpMyadmin and do a search for "Cache" and check the entry in the configuration table.

The real question is why on earth are you still using 1.3.0.2? That is in urgent need of an upgrade (we are now on 1.3.9h) and if you don't, it is only a matter of time before you DO get hacked!
