    Default not shipping to your region at this time

    Hello,

    I sell digital downloads. I now what to sell a hard copy of the same product.

    I don't have zones set up.

    I have my prices set by attributes. I added a new product and did a test purchase on the hard copy. I got a message Not Available At This Time
    Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

    I have the shipping price included in the hard copy price. So I don't need a shipping price to be added.

    In the shipping module I only have the free shipper enabled.

    What do I have to change to stop getting that message at the checkout?

    I forgot to say I am running the latest version of Zen Cart.

    Download Products, when setup correctly, never see the checkout_shipping page ...

    1 Make sure that you do not have the Product marked as a Virtual Products ... Download Products are never marked as Virtual Products as the download filename on the Attribute will manage this

    2 Make sure that you do not have the Product marked as Always Free Shipping ... Download Products are never marked as Always Free Shipping as the download filename on the Attribute will manage this

    3 in the Attributes Controller, make sure that you have added you Download filename to the Attribute and that you see a green dot next to it to indicate that the file is spelled correctly and on the server

    4 a Download Product has all of its download filenames loaded to the /download directory

    For physical Products, you need to decide are you managing shipping by:

    1 Weight

    2 Item Count

    3 Price

    what shipping modules are you using?
