Category name too long - where do i change this..

Very simple question. I have a category name that exceeds the default 32 character setting. Where do i change this to allow for longer category names?

I've had a good look through FAQ etc, but can't find it.

You will have to edit the record length in the DB
Use a tool like phpmyadmin to do so

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I do know my way around Zen etc, but as for editing the DB, i'm not so sure.

I have opened PHPMYAdmin and opened the relevant DB, but i'm not sure precisely what search to initiate to find the correct place to alter 'category record length'.

Any pointers would be so greatly appreciated.

Find the table, select the edit icon
find the record and up the characters reasonably

categories_description > table
categories_name varchar(32) > record
