"if", "else" statements in shopping cart...

I would like to create a minimum total order requirement of $100

if total in Shopping Cart is less than $100, do not allow the shopper to continue to checkout...

Any directions?

I have used it and it worked fine (though it was used on ZC 1.3.8a).
