No Notifications, No Orders Showing, Customers can't download

Until a few days ago my store was working brilliantly but since 27th December funny things have started to happen. Customers who make a purchase are not seeing their orders in their account and cannot download their products. I am not receiving my usual notification emails and shows no orders in my Admin yet I'm receiving my paypal receipts from the customers. My hosts are M2host.com who have not responded to any of my pleas for help. Understandably it is New Year but they were made aware of this problem 2 days ago and did nothing! I have now had to put my store on Maintenance until this is sorted out. All was working perfectly normally until this happened. I've no addon, no customisations nothing. Any ideas please how this problem can be solved.

I have tested the store myself and have had the same thing happen to me, no orders showing in my account, no downloads to download the products I purchased. Nothing showing in Admin and no notifications. I've also had others test my store and all have the same results - a bit fat zero! We did all get our Paypal receipts though.

First, go to the Modules ... Payments ... and check your settings on your PayPal payment module ...

Which PayPal payment module are you using?

Do you see anything under the Customers ... PayPal IPN ...

If so, what do the Order number and Payment Status read?
