10001 Internal Error - Timeout processing request

Newest version of Zen Cart.

Just installed Zen Cart yesterday.
The paypal checkout is not working, i get this error :
An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (10001) 10001 Internal Error - Timeout processing request

What am I doing wrong.

I just updated my cart from c to h and ran into this exact issue. Double check your paypal API username, password and signature. A mistake in these will make this error.

Common error with copy/pasting the info is extra spaces at the end or beginning.

I newly install the zencart to version h. The paypal account is working at my other site but not the newly installed site.
I still have the same problem with careful checking of the API info. Is there have any other possible reason? Or is there have any method to check what is the problem.

Do you have it on "Sandbox"?.
I got that when I had it on sandbox and when I put it to live it worked okay.
