Lagging Issues

Hello there, I am new to this forum and I was looking for some help. I currently add the inventory to Zencart for the store I help out at. Recently though we have been having issues where randomly and for varying times the Zencart Admin pages will lag badly, to the point of almost coming to a stop. Does anyone know how to fix this. Also when the Admin Cart is lagging the store actually lags to.

Probably you are on one of the bucket hosts(cheap) and their servers are overloaded

I am kinda new to this so I feel dumb asking but what do you mean by the bucket host.

I know our host is Host Dime if that helps

Unlimited Disk Space
Unlimited Bandwidth

Ok thanks. We use Host Dime as I said. Is there any that you would recommend from personal experience. I know we pay Host Dime $10 a month.
