v1.3.9h utf8 new installation right sidebox and bottom footer missing

ive ever installed zencart v1.3.9h beofre, now im reinstalling it 2nd time with everything default. the issue im encoutering is that home page link, links in Information block and links for More Information block will result in right sidebox and bottom footer missing. other links will get them displayed.

is this normal behaviour for the default classic template? i switched to other template it's the same behaviour.

any advice is appreciated.

No, That's not normal behaviour. We've never had problems when installing 1.3.9h.

ive just figured it out that i set /includes/languages/english/html_includes directory permission to 444 for files protection, resulting in the issue i had. after i set it back to 755, it works as normal behaviour.
