Aberdeen Neutral Template missing about us page

I installed the Aberdeen neutral template, it looks realy nice.
But I have the about us link on the main page and not showing anywhere in the admin section, to edit it.

Seeing as how this thread is what is at the top of the google search when looking for a solution,
I found this on post 115 of that long 40 page thread
