okay i installed this live chat software into my html header.php and its all the way up this is my site www.originalkickz.com how can i bring it to the left side right above the categories instead? thanks

why did you put it in the header?
i would suggest you put it into a blank sidebox instead, then just use the box sort order to place it,
this is how i have done it for a client;

Download blank sidebox here:

install on your store
insert code as per instructions
set sort order
and away you go
