Hello
I want to change the url according to seo.Like when index.php?main_page=custom, then path should be index.php/custom.
Also in case of ezpages that its original url is like this index.php?main_page-page&id=1. I also want to change this also help me.

You don't need to do this.
Search engines prefer URL's to remain dynamic.
However, if you really want to do this, then there is only ONE RELIABLE module available:
