one categories images being resized

Hello all, I am working on setting up products on http://wholesaleforms.com and things were going well with multiple images until I created a new main category. In this new category called Addendums-new, I have the three sized images with the proper extensions, but the _MED images are being resized to a much larger size than they should be. The small and _LRG images are working fine.

In addition, secondary images that are named image_cali_MED.jpg are not showing up at all.

I don't see anything different that I did from the "Buyers Guides" category that I set up and it is working properly. Can anyone see what I may have done?

Looks to be a combination of what you have set for med images display size
admin > config > images >
Product Info - Image Width
Product Info - Image Height

and

Image - Use Proportional Images on Products and Categories

And your image dimensions

one that you approve of
/images/medium/buyers_guides/bge-16j_MED.jpg
200px × 397px

one you do not
/images/medium/addendums/3201_MED.jpg
80px × 400px

I have solved the secondary image issue when I realized that I hadn't uploaded the small images into the addendums folder.

As for your suggestion, I see what you mean. I changed the product width from 200 to 0 and that fixed the problem.
