help with Patriot Template

Please help! I am new to this and I cannot figure out what I have done. I can only see the background of the template and the header box. I am getting two error codes, but I am not sure what to do. Has anyone encountered this, or know what I am doing wrong? I appreciate any help!

First thing I'd do is replace that file (includes/templates/Patriot/common/tpl_drop_menu.php) with a fresh copy from the template package, in case it was corrupted.

Did you do the things that are in the "read me"documents?

This template works fine across multiple Zen Cart versions, including 1.5, so you've either edited files to create the errors or they became corrupted/damaged during upload.
