Does anyone know how to remove the Zen Cart ad from the home page of a site. I am new and with help fro Great People on her i have gotten back on track but cant get this off. If you would like to see what i am talking about you can look at my home page.

or do you mean the content of the main page?
look at the bottom :
You can quickly edit this content via Admin->Tools->Define Pages Editor, and select define_main_page from the pulldown.

Once you start creating your own custom template, lots of the default images "disappear" because the files that display them are overriden.
