ALL Checkout Pages headed Step 3 of 3 Order Confirmation .. FINAL STEP at the bottom

Hi,

I AM AT SUCH A LOSS! Suddenly all of my checkout pages including the shopping cart are headed Step 3 of 3 Order Confirmation at the top and Final Step - continue to confirm order at the bottom. Each page is the right page within these errors. I don't understand and ...

How do I fix this please?

I just noticed it's on the main page too, don't know how many other pages of my shop have this error.

Go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and do a search on:
Step 3 of 3

select Catalog ... can click search ...

What language files come up?

When I look at yesterday's files in the History section of my file manager the checkout_confirmation.php file was not there in

includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/checkout_confirmation.php

I moved the file in the extra definitions folder to the backup folder and all is well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
