MY site keeps getting hacked why?

I have a client and their site keeps getting hacked they keep getting in and changing the payment systems. How do I stop this and keep this from happing again. I have changes my username and password a lot but stil keeps happing.

Password protect your admin folder at a server level. Sorted.
