Changing the text color next to the paypal icon in checkout

Hi there, I am this close -----> || - to opening my shop but I have one last nit-pick I'd like to take care of before I launch my site.

On page 2 in the checkout process in the Payment Methods field I have a paypal icon (not a clickable button) and the text next to it reads "Save time. Check out securely. Pay without sharing your financial information." This is fine but the text is grey for some stupid reason by default instead of black and I need to change it to black.

I found this bit of code in /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypal.php

I need to know how to change the color of this specific text block from the invisible grey they chose to a more visible black.

Nevermind figured it out on my own.... it was a CSS problem.
