removing website quote from footer

Hi guys, how to I remove the 'get a website quote from blah blah' from the footer? I can't see it in any of the files :-/

Go to admin > Tools > Developers Toolkit and paste a distinctive snippet of the text (like website quote) in the bottom left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the file and line number where that is defined. Download and open the file in a good text/file editor and change as desired, then reupload.
