Help, lost some define pages after upgrade

I need some help. I recently did an upgrade and lost several of my define pages. It is the pages above 4, so pages 5, 6, 7, etc. I know I edited some files when I setup my website initially, and I read recently that if I edited the wrong files, I would lose some of my pages when I upgraded. The problem is that I did the inital setup so long ago, I can't remember what files and from what locations I need to fix. I am thinking that there may be a main page or index page that references the pages above 4, but I am unable to locate it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look in includes/languages/english/html_includes and see if they're there.

If so, make a copy and place in includes/languages/english/html_includes/your_custom_template.

No such luck, not there. Any other suggestions?

I found the files, copied them into the folder, but no success. Any other thoughts? Is there a main file that I need to edit to point to this location?

Ok, so I solved the problem. I found a PDF file that was for editing or adding more links to sideboxes and found that I was missing the define page 5, 6, 7 in the filenames.php file.
