SQL Error Help Please

Hi all.
Ive had to remove the subscriptions manager 2.2.2 mod as i couldnt get it to function properly, but now when i go to send emails i get the following error:

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE email_format != 'NONE' and confirmed = 1 and (customers_id IS NULL or cust' at line 1
in:
[SELECT email_address as customers_email_address FROM WHERE email_format != 'NONE' and confirmed = 1 and (customers_id IS NULL or customers_id = 0) order by email_address ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Can anyone help please?

Did you run the uninstall SQL patch, restore / remove all of the module files?

I have removed and restored all the files, but unsure on how to uninstall the SQL patch?

With the addon there wasnt a patch that came with it from what i gathered, you just copied the files accross and it added it as a module in the customers section so you just clicked "install" there.
