How do I save the updated file and upload to my server?

I changed "Page 2" to "About Us" using instructions from this forum"

define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'About Us');
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'About Us');

Now, I cannot figure out how to do the final steps:

1) save the file to

includes -> languages -> ENGLISH -> CUSTOM -> page_?.php

2) and upload to your server.

Help is greatly appreciated. Please provide steps instead of just making a statement. I may not know how to do what you say in your statement.

First, how and where did you edit the file? How did you get it there?

I do not know what steps I took previously. I started over today.

1. I went to Tools, Developers Toolkit
2. I used the very bottom search for all files
3. I searched "page 2"
4. I copied:
/home1/hipdockc/public_html/zc_admin/includes/languages/english.php
- eventually got to define_pages_editor
5. I went to BlueHost cPanel and file manager
6. I opened the code with notepad
7. This is the php I changed (From Page 2 to About Us:
define('TEXT_INFO_PAGE_2', 'About Us');
define('TEXT_INFO_PAGE_3', 'Page 3');
define('TEXT_INFO_PAGE_4', 'Page 4');

It still says "Page 2" on the site, hipdock.com
This must not be the right place to make the change. What should I do next? Thanks for replying!

Page 2 appears in more than one file in your store.

You basically changed it only in your admin section.

You actually have to find every occurrence for page 2 and replace the value to About Us.

Or you can download the about us page module available in the download section.

sounds like you just wanna create a new page "About Us"

or the Add Ons contribution:
About Us Page

renaming all the files for define_page_2 is a process
