Removing the Category and Sub Category header on the Main page

Hi,

I'm v1.3.9h and would like to remove the header title in each Category and Subcategory from the main page.

My website is www.royalthaisupermarket.co.uk/shop I have put the following code into the stylesheet.css

#indexCategoriesHeading {display:none;}

This has removed the header title from the categories with sub categories, however the header title for categories WITHOUT sub categories still remain.

Example:

http://royalthaisupermarket.co.uk/sh...index&cPath=11 <- this is what I'm after for all the categories

http://royalthaisupermarket.co.uk/sh...=index&cPath=1 <- category with no subcategory and the header is still showing.

I've looked around the boards and nothing seems to have worked.
