Couldn't find constant MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONES_HANDLING_METHOD_1 in zones.php

Have just finished upgrading to 1.39g. Got everything working but the checkout_shipping page comes up blank. I've been using filezilla to copy everything across and re-copied the files again incase anything failed. The error code reads this:

This isn't in the default database. Is there a mod you may have added incompletely? Try going to admin->modules->order total and admin->modules->shipping and turning off things that look like zone or handling.

This sounds like a problem with the Zone Rate zones shipping module ...

Do you have the Zone Rate zones installed in the Modules ... Shipping ...

Are you using it?

If not using it ... REMOVE it ...

If not using it, and you cannot REMOVE it ... backup your database then run in phpMyAdmin the SQL:

DELETE FROM `configuration` WHERE `configuration_key` LIKE '%MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONES%'

If using it, but cannot see it in the Modules ... Shipping ... or having issues seeing it ... you will need to delete it in the database via phpMyAdmin, after backing up your database, with:

DELETE FROM `configuration` WHERE `configuration_key` LIKE '%MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONES%'
