We are using Paypal Express and Pro. The transaction goes fine with Paypal reporting the sale but there are two problems:
1) Paypal doesn't show the product description in the email notice or the Paypal Merchant Services back office. Paypal customer service say the problem is in the Zen Cart settings.
2) If the purchaser has created a "Customer Account", then the sale and product ID are shown in the Admin section and reports. But if they do NOT create a "Customer Account" , then there is NO transaction information of any kind.
So we need to configure the correct settings in Zen Cart. Any thoughts?
