How to create a coupon with "save $10 for every $60 you spend"?

Hello,

I want to create a coupon or automatical discount way to let my customers save $10 for every $60 they spend. How to do that?
I also didn't find any add-on to make that happen.

This saves $10 off $60 but not $20 off $120. There's no easy way. You can do it for a handful of amounts ($60, $120, $180, $240, $300) using my Quantity Discounts contribution, but it doesn't have infinite repeatability.
