    cart error Order not showing (monsterpay payment gateway)

    I recently received the first order through my website, www.bambooblossom.co.za. The only reason I know about it is because I received an email from my payment gateway company (www.monsterpay.com) with all the information. The order was placed and the payment received.

    The customer is showing under customers on the Admin panel, but there is no record of the order.

    I have Zen Cart version 1.3.8.

    Please help.

    Hi Bamboo,
    The chances are that your customer didn't go back to your site and just clicked out after getting to the payment site.
    The payment site should send them back, but often the customer doesn't realise this.
    Hence, the order isn't completed on your side.
    Ring them or email them if you know who they are, and explain the problem.
    Most customers are quite okay with you checking up by phone.

    Hi- I had this same issue, but it was a test order that I made. I paid with a credit card, got the order complete page, and went back to look in admin to view my order. It isn't there under customers>orders.

    similar issues with me on sagepay...

    I think it could be a timout issue: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=174432 is my post where I am trying to resolve this..any thoughts etc would be great and see if we cant sort this out once and for all!!

    According to my payment gateway company the problem is that I didn't have the return URL option on. I know what the problem is now, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I don't know what page people should be directed to.
