    Default Forbidden error

    Hello all,

I couldn't find an answer to this specific question on the forum... so I'm posting a new thread.

    I'm using V 1.3.9

I'm getting the following error message when I click on the "Artist" name or "Record Company website" from the product page.

    Here is the error:
    [Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.]

This is the URL for one of the product page:
    http://eliyoras-store.com/index.php?...&products_id=3

Thank you kindly for your time.

    It's simple.
When you are entering your product details and get to the "Products URL: (without http://)" field, make sure you follow the instructions and do NOT include the "http://" part of the URL. That's why the field text specifically says "(without http://)".

Thank you so much DrByte. I guess I was too busy getting the site up did not read the instructions. I corrected my error and everything is working fine now.
