What do you have for Catalog > Product Types > Product-General > Show Product Additional Images?
What do you have for Catalog > Product Types > Product-General > Show Product Additional Images?
Templates from Zenflavor.com do not have any changes or mods to the product info page... so it should work the same as default template.
There is also a tutorial on their site regarding managing your images with Zen Cart (applies to default template and all other templates).
By the way, I see that the product image is:
http://birdwaterandbombay.com/images...erypaisley.jpg
So the additional image should be:
http://birdwaterandbombay.com/images...paisley_01.jpg
But that image does not exist on your server... so of course there is no additional image displayed.
Catalog > Product Types > Product-General > Show Product Additional Images= true
I switched to the classic template and the images are NOT showing.
I tried lking in the cache folder, but frankly am at a lose as to what I am lking for in all those logs
I just sent an email to zenflavor, (but had thought that all the templates would support additional images since they talk about the additional images on the site.)
Since the additional images do not show in the classic template...is something not set correctly?
TIA

See my earlier reply.
Your product image is:
kneuburgerypaisley.jpg
You must upload an image with this filename (with _01, _02 etc at the end), in the same folder:
kneuburgerypaisley_01.jpg
But I checked and see that kneuburgerypaisley_01.jpg does not exist... that only means that you HAVE NOT uploaded the extra image. So no extra image is displayed.
If you have uploaded, please check the spelling.. and upper/lower case is considered different.
yonghs, thx 4 replys.
I renamed my additional image same as your suggestion and still not showing. I have IH2 installed and it sees these additional images and creates the extra sizes-- but they are still not showing on site.
the images are here:
/birdwaterandbombay . com/images/myimages/kneuburgerpaisley.jpg and kneuburgerpaisley_01.jpg

Looks like you found the problem:
kneuburgerpaisley.jpg and kneuburgerpaisley_01.jpg
kneuburgerypaisley.jpg and kneuburgerypaisley_01.jpg
Getting the right set of image names?
No, I don't think that is the problem. To avoid confusion on my part, I changed the image names.
Now is have:
birdwaterandBombay . com/images/myimages/paisley.jpg and paisley_01.jpg
I still don't have the additional image on my site, but IH2 see both images. I think I have all my settings right.

When I posted before, I saw the additional image at the bottom of your product info page, named kneuburgerypaisley_01.jpg. I don't know what may have happened since then.
I am now seeing the additional image, /images/myimages/paisley_01.jpg.
gjh42, I changed the name of my images to paisley and paisley_01 because I could not see what you were pointing out.
Are you saying that you can see my one additional image on the product info page?? I rebooted my machine just to make sure. I do NOT see the additional image?
What is going on????

I can confirm that the additional image does not appear when using IE8 or IE7 Compatibility View. It works correctly in Firefox.
This probably means that there is some error that IE is not able to handle; however, validators show no HTML or CSS errors.
It appears that some javascript is malfunctioning, as when I enable js in Firefox, the additional image disappears. The "Simple Image Trail script- By JavaScriptKit.com" is most likely the culprit.
