Upgrading from 1.3.9f to 1.3.9h

I am wanting to install the latest upgrade but am confused about how I should do this.

I only have to upgrade the files in the changelog-v1-3-9g and changelog-v1-3-9h files in the docs folder, right?

How do I work around the admin files if I have changed my admin folder to a different name?

I am sorry if these are noob questions. I just want to make sure I do it all right and that my site is error proof and secure for my customers.

That is correct.

Within the 'admin' dir. on your computer, of files to be uploaded, open it. Then open your 'admin' dir. within your hosting account. Both dir. are now open at the same level. Highlight all files / dir's. that are to be uploaded and they will be uploaded to their correct location.
