Value manager problem

Here’s the problem I have created a product gift certificate. I have a created a option name “gift cert” when I try to add values like $10.00 and I click insert it opens to the admin page. If I then go back catalog/option value and nothing has changed.

What is strange is I can insert option names but not values.

I simply replaced the options_values_manager.php and its now working correctly.
