(52) GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.

Hi,

I've sat up my PayPal Express Checkout and it has worked as it should for months. But suddenly, my customers can't pay this way but get an error message and I'm sent 15 mails with various messages.
However, I think this is the one where some of you may can see what's wrong.

I have contacted Paypal but their reply is, that this is a Zen Cart problem.

Can you help ? Any advice is most welcome.

Do you/are you using a SSL certificate?

The error is a curl TLS error (Transcript Layer Security)

I did not think that one needed a SSL for PayPal but have not kept up on requirements

Might be that curl is not present but that would be something your host would have altered

No, I'm not using a SSL certificate (not to my knowledge) so I'll ask my host what's going on. Thank you for your reply.

Weird, PayPal Express Checkout suddenly works again - after three customers had complained that you couldn't pay in this way ..... and I haven't changed a thing.
Cross fingers, PayPal Express Checkout will continue to work ... as it has done for months until recently.
