I'm trying to add images (logo's) for the manufaturers on my site.
What is syntax for adding images to the following field?

Or, select an existing image file from server, filename:

I tried just typing the image name but that didn't work.

Typing the image name into the input box should work as long as the image exists in the /images/manufacturers folder - If you uploaded the image to a different folder, then select the folder name in the dropdown just above where you are typing the image name.

I thought of that so I tried ..includes/logo/FILENAME.jpg

No pic.

Copied all the logo's to the manufacture folder and entered the file name in the fiel, no pic.

I'm still battling this if anyone has a hint or two.
I've made sure all of pics are in the images/manufacturers/ folder.
Type in the image file name and file extension and I keep getting a File does not exist message.

Question:-->is destination folder writable on the server? check permissions.

Good question, problem is that I have no idea which file that would be.

when using your ftp program -log in to server - navigate to the 'manufacturers' folder. change pemissons to 777(usually right click and select from menu --change attributes)**
then upload images (logos) for manufacturers
when completed change permissions back to original setting.

** this allows you to write to the folder --if permisions are set to say: 644' you cannot write to the folder and hence the upload does not execute.even though it seems as though it did.

possibly corrupted image files? how many images? delete and re upload?
