How hard it is to transfer my zen cart from linux server to windows server?

Shouldn't be any more difficult than migrating between linux servers, unless you're relying on the apache mod rewrite module for rewriting your URLs.
Just not sure why you'd want to do it. Zen Cart, like most open source projects, is much more heavily tested and runs better on linux servers.Kuroi Web Design and Development | Twitter
