Can an Admin see a customer shopping cart?

I know I can hack in to the database to do this but I want a backend way.

My client needs to inspect his customer's cart contents prior to order finalization.

One method is the Master Password add on ...

1 be sure to use the encrypted password version

2 when logging in as a customer be aware that if the customer changes things, while you are logged in, you will probably need to log out and log in again to see the changes

3 test this with 2 browsers to better understand what you will be seeing using this as the Customer and as the Admin when looking at the same account ...

The other use is marketing datamining - I will write custom reports for that.
