Just noticed that TEXT_OPTION_DIVIDER is defined twice within the 1.3.9h release.
It appears in the following files.
includes\languages\english\account_history_info.php
includes\languages\english\shopping_cart.php

That's intentional, as it allows for the flexibility to define them separately for the two different pages ...
