Does anyone have a walk-through of how to impliment this after Cardinal have successfully tested?
In my PayPal Pro account the Maestro payments option is still greyed out and it doesn't appear as an option in my cart checkout.
All the Cardinal info is correctly entered into the payments module etc. but their documentation then leaves a cold trail???
