[Not a bug] Update product in shopping cart not working

1.3.9h with andover modern template new install.

Number of items of product can not be updated.

www. dogsuppliespc .com /store try to buy something when it get to the shopping cart you will see the problem -- it will not update.

Apparently the client set the quantity box up wrong and that is why it wouldn't up.
