what do you do for rates with an order over the 50lbs mark ?
can you break it out into seperate boxes ? as that is how it will really ship.

UPS shipping module is getting real time results from the UPS server ...

You have to give it valid information to get the quotes ...

The boxes are based on the Maximum Weight, example: 50 lbs ... then the total weight is divided by 50 to get the number of boxes ...

For most, this approximation works pretty well ...

ok, how to set an Item into # of boxes then a total nubmer of boxes ?
for example this product is many 16lbs buckets,
how to tell it it is # of boxes and so much weight each.

At this time, this is an approximation and somethings with be spot on and others not ...

Often, this can be managed by customizing the Product weight or adding Handling Fees or using the Tare Rates ... or in some cases, adjust the charges or management of the weight based on a products_id being in the cart ...
