Implement site wide javascript

My question is:
to load a site wide javascript. In what folder does the script belong?
I was reading the html_header.php file and it said:
load all site-wide jscript_*.js files from includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/jscript, alphabetically

Today I tried a script I have used in html environment however it hasn't worked yet .

jscript_your_name.js

In the folder your referenced

Than check your view source

Don't know who visits your site but I would say
9 out of 10 are challenged by this cause only the un knowing do not know enough to right click

exactly-and its a good copyright notice if nothing else. It gets the point across loud and clear.
Zen Cart is an amazing program. It's HUGE

just noticed it is displaying the notice even when you're not near an image. it shouldn't do that.The right click behaviour should bring up a drop down menu when off an image .
