Can anyone help with retrieve my zen install under xampp

I have been playing around with zen for many months now on my local machine with xampp and have heavily modified it and had a number of categories and products, but my hard drive died and all I have is the backed up zen folder from with xampp. Can I restore my site and if so how would I go about it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Depends if you have backup of your zencart database.

the database is in
xampp\mysql\data

the files are wherever you put them, probably in
xampp\htdocs

(if you didn't use an alias).
