    Default Specials Price Not Applied In Cart??

    Hi guys and girls ---

    Sort of in a rush. We have a scheduled 10% off a certain product starting tomorrow. I created a Specials item with the product, everything shows up fine on the product's page but when added to cart, it shows the old price.

    Please help -- where should I start poking?

    I set up sale price for product but it keeps saying: NOTE: Special Product Info is currently disabled, expired or not yet active

    If I click "Active" and update, nothing happens and still have red icon status saying it's not active sale price.

    If you have a date in the future for the start date, then you cannot change the Special status ...

    So if the Date is set to: 3/18/2011

    then the Special is not available until Midnight 3/18/2011 ...

    So, if it is 11:59 3/17/2011 you cannot change the Special Status ...

    I even set the date back 2 days ago to start it and it still doesn't work.

    What are the settings on your Special for the Product that is not working?

    What version of Zen Cart are you using?

    Is this a Clean install or an Upgrade?

    It's a clean install. Not sure what you mean by settings, I put in 20% (even tried putting in price as 9.59 instead of percentage), and set the beginning and end dates but it won't get "active." I'd give you the url but you can't see prices unless you're a registered wholesale client.

    What are the exact dates that you are typing in? As in what do you see in the date fields?

    They are regular formatted dates (US style). I pick it from the calendar. The month/day/year come out in the right format.
