Showing sidewrapper image everytime? How?

How is it possible to get side wrapper images to be displayed on every page? I have this

and yes, it shows fine as long as you stay on the first page, but how am I supposed to get it displayed on every single page margin?

Any ideas? I have been anticipating this for years now, really... Think that is enough

tpl_index_default.php is not the right file for an element that needs to show on every page. The div needs to be in one of tpl_header.php, tpl_main_page.php or tpl_footer.php, whichever is most appropriate. Seeing the site could let us advise on the best file to use.
