    Default Image problems

I've read through all the posts on this subject, but am still unable to solve my problem, so I'm posting myself.

I am unable to see my product images on either the product or image page. http://ezgsa.com/tools/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=68

i have checked my config files. i have uploaded the images to at least 5 different directories, in the hopes that something I'm not seeing has redirected the images.

sorry if i'm having a brain fart, but i'm just missing this. please help.

    thanks,
    evie

What folder are you uploading the images too?

Zencart is looking here (for this particular image)

    ezgsa.com/tools/images/

    for this image

    tools_cd_cm.jpg

    also check your

    ezgsa.com/tools/cache/

    folder

    for debug messages

i checked the file permissions for the folder and for that file in particular and they're both set for 777. is that right?

they are uploaded to that folder

also check your ezgsa.com/tools/cache/ folder for debug messages
can you tell me how to do this please?

    thank you.

Then you should be able to browse to them, can you provide a direct link to an image.

What happens when you upload an image via admin (the add products bit)

if you look in the cache folder with your ftp software, you should see files call mydebugXXXX, download them and open them and paste the error message here

yes, i should. but i can't! very weird. I get this message: Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.ezgsa.com Port 80

there are no files like that in my cache.
