    Default An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant.

    At first we thought it was a cookie issue since some customers are getting it to work just fine, so we put into test mode i went thru the payment process using firefox everything went thru fine untill i got to the Authorize.net payment page ( we are using offsite ssl since our hosting dosn't offer one atm ) entered the card information and it went the the payment process and redirected me to the Store page where it said it detects that i have cookies disabled. so i made a few changes to settings in zen cart Currently:

    Session Directory /home/content/05/7427405/html/tsgstore/cache
    Cookie Domain True
    Force Cookie Use False
    Check SSL Session ID False
    Check User Agent False
    Check IP Address False
    Prevent Spider Sessions True
    Recreate Session True
    IP to Host Conversion Status true
    Use root path for cookie path False
    Add period prefix to cookie domain False


    Now when i try to go thru the payment process i get this error message

    An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

    This transaction has been approved.

    It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

    then when i check my email i get this

    Authorize.Net Merchant,

    Your script timed out while we were trying to post transaction results to it.
    Transaction ID: 0
    Transaction Result: This transaction has been approved.

    The following message was displayed to the customer:

    ------------------------------An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

    This transaction has been approved.

    It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

    So im not sure what i broke at this point but the orders are still not showing up in zencart after being captured in authorize.net and now im getting a new error please help me !

    Then, in your /cache/ folder are you getting any myDebug-xxxx.log files? If so, what's in them? ref: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82
