Can't add new product

Hi, I have a big problem with my zencart. From a few days I can't add new product in my catalog. The problem mean such as a loop when I click on INSERT button.
In debug report there aren't any problem with php and I can't understand where could be there the problem.

Can anyone help me?

in the debug file appears this error:

etc

As this indicates you have edited the file, what changes have you made?
What happens if you remove it?

These are the info:

ZC: 1.3.9h
Versione PHP: 5.2.16
Database: MySQL 5.1.54-community-log
OS Server: Linux
addons: zen lights, simple seo, image handler (uninstalled), sitemap xml, google analitycs, captcha validation, module manager, autofacebook lite, facebook like.

Since 24th of Febrary these addons doesn't create any kind of problems.
I don't edited that file (additional_images.php) because I don't need to edit it.
Can i try to replace it?

I tried to delete it but nothing happened

Try disabling your SEO rewrites and see if that changes this
